About
I specialize in home buying and selling, commercial real estate and international business (with licenses in both Connecticut and New York).
Greenwich, Connecticut is home for me. I was raised here alongside my twin brother, both of us products of the local public school system and graduates of Trinity College (with a B.S. in Economics). My tireless work ethic comes from my Colombian immigrant parents and having to learn English on my own, as only Spanish was ever spoken in our household. I’m trying to pass down a similar upbringing with my own kids (I’ve got a seven-year-old daughter and a three-year-old son).
After college graduation, I set the foundation for my real estate career by working in construction and development, hands-on with $60M+ of residential and commercial projects primarily in Greenwich. From project conception and property management to inspections and permitting, I learned exactly how to deliver quality turnkey properties to tenants and owners, and especially how to maximize a property’s full space and potential.
As a former asset manager, I handled 725+ dispositions in 44 states, for one of the nation’s top real estate wholesalers, giving me a competitive edge when it comes to contract negotiations and how to determine value in a variety of local markets.
I co-founded three separate business ventures while I lived in Colombia, all of which involved importing and distribution, supply chain logistics, leveraged buying, international negotiating and remote team building, all of which give me the unique ability to work with an international client base across a multitude of verticals and industries.
Whether you’re a young family looking for your first home, an out of area buyer looking to migrate locally, a local seller, a local business looking for a brick and mortar location, or an already established business looking to expand operations, I can help make your dream a reality.
